Jessica Greco is a design and research consultant dedicated to helping teams make better products. She uses her expertise in facilitation to get everyone on the same page about the practices and processes that support evidence-based decision making.

Currently, she’s an Instructor at General Assembly, teaching the fundamentals of user experience to students with a wide variety of prior experience. She also consults for service design shop We Are Experience, focusing in generative user research and experience strategy.

She recently served as a Curriculum Fellow on a total refresh of the global curriculum for General Assembly’s part-time User Experience Design course. Previously, she worked as a design and research lead for the Amplify Tablet System (an Android-based classroom orchestration platform) and The Wall Street Journal.
